Delete Your Preppr Account

You can do this whether or not the app is still installed.

Delete It Yourself

Sign in at app.getpreparedhome.com or in the Preppr app. Use the same email, Google, or Apple sign-in you always use.
Open Settings, then tap Delete Account and confirm.

Or Ask Us To Do It

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Your account: email address, name, password, and linked Google or Apple sign-in.
Your notification tokens.
If you're the last member of your household: the household, its inventory, kits, photos, rotation history, and everything else in it.

What Stays

If other members remain in your household, the household and its shared data stay with them.
Usage counts already recorded stay with our analytics provider, PostHog, but no longer connect to any account.
